About the RoleYou'll be part of a dynamic team that designs, develops, and implements software solutions driving business goals forward. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions enhancing user experiences, streamlining processes, and improving overall system performance.
You will lead by example, mentoring and guiding junior developers, while staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually improve development processes.
- Key Qualifications:
- A proven track record of designing and delivering successful software projects, showcasing architectural and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in tech stack: Laravel, PHP, MySQL, RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Ability to develop unit testing of code components or complete applications.
- Experience with sprint methodologies and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to gather and refine technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
- Participate in code reviews providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality across the team.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive adoption of new technologies and tools.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers fostering their growth and skill development.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends recommending incorporation when relevant.
- Ensure automated test coverage for your tasks.
- Monitor technical performance of systems.
- Collaborate and provide feedback on architecture for new features.
- Support training programs for team members.
- Drive continuous improvement of team processes and methodologies.
