Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Graduate Valuer to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across the state, from the Whitsundays to western Queensland grazing portfolios and Brisbane's CBD.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide valuations for statutory, state land administration, client, and asset purposes under supervision.
  • Deliver consistent valuation services according to procedures and work instructions, complying with departmental standards, policies, and work instructions.
  • Recognize emerging issues and trends, recommending new initiatives to improve services and efficiency.
  • Participate in professional and personal development, operating as an effective team member.
  • Develop monthly work plans and report on performance against Client Service Standards.
  • Liaise with and provide valuation advice as required.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to acquire, interpret, and apply relevant legislation, along with the proper exercise of regulatory powers.
  • Ability to work within a team and have a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience using information and communication technology systems to manage work commitments.
