Transformative Opportunities

We are seeking a Senior Consultant or Manager with expertise in Valuation Modelling and Economics to join our team.

  • Advise clients on capital preservation, optimisation, raising, and investment strategies
  • Support clients regarding valuation matters in transactions, portfolio assessment & optimisation, restructuring, and strategic planning

This is a hybrid position based in Meanjin Brisbane or Warrang Sydney. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

Key Responsibilities

Work within small project teams to undertake valuations of businesses and intangible assets. Take ownership for delivery of projects within each team. Maintain positive, productive, and professional relationships with client personnel, other EY project teams, and colleagues.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree and approximately 3 to 7 years of related work experience
  • Experience utilising various valuation techniques and methodologies, market comparables, discounted cash flow etc. for different purposes. Experience conducting valuations for accounting and/or tax planning purposes is desired
  • Excellent analytical, communication, organisational, interpersonal, and teaming skills
