Retail & Cafe Host Position

We are seeking a skilled individual to fill a Retail & Cafe Host role at our Melbourne location.

This is a casual opportunity with flexible shifts suitable for those who value work-life balance, volunteers, students, or caregivers.

The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest experiences, leveraging transactional and interpersonal skills. They will focus on upselling, inventory management, and delivering memorable guest interactions as a Retail Attendant. Additionally, they will prepare and sell food and beverages while adhering to food safety standards as a Cafe Attendant.

Availability on weekends, public holidays, and school breaks is essential. Compensation includes penalty rates.
