Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic sales professional to join our retail team on a fixed-term contract. As a key ambassador for the brand, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by utilizing effective selling techniques; focusing on up-selling, units per transaction and average transaction value
  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing personalized assistance and adapting your approach to meet their unique needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and confidently share this expertise to maximize sales and provide an outstanding customer experience
  • Assist with product deliveries; ensuring timely unloading and storage in designated areas
  • Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards throughout the store; taking pride in your work environment
  • Operate the till system; handling financial transactions including returns and exchanges

Requirements:

  • Passionate and driven individual with a natural ability to achieve and over-achieve sales targets
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven atmosphere: our products are highly sought after so stores can be very busy
