Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research, draft pleadings and submissions, attend court, and negotiate settlements for clients.
  • Provide expert legal advice on various disputes and insolvency matters.
  • Cultivate a collaborative environment and assist junior team members in development and training.
Requirements
  • 1-5+ years post-admission experience.
  • Proven experience in disputes and insolvency.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High-level problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
