Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Disputes and Insolvency Lawyer.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dispute resolution and insolvency matters, with excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex dispute resolution and insolvency cases from start to finish, including research, drafting, court attendance, and negotiation.
  • Provide expert legal advice on disputes and insolvency matters, including bankruptcy, liquidation, receivership, and insolvency litigation.
  • Collaborate with clients, partners, and team members to develop strategies for resolving disputes and insolvency matters.
  • Assist junior team members in development and training.

Requirements:

  • 1-5+ years post-admission experience.
  • Previous experience in disputes and insolvency.
  • High attention to detail and technical expertise.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new tasks quickly.
  • Effective time management, organisation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to develop your own network and participate in marketing and business development activities.
