
Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Professional to join our team.
\The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in various areas, including general office duties, reporting directly to the management.
\The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and experience with administrative software and systems.
\Key Responsibilities:\- Process customer orders and monitor sales records\
- Issue invoices and debtor monitoring\
- Process purchases and supplier invoices\
- Store sales reconciliations\
- Maintain company registers, subscriptions, and service agreements\
- Company fleet maintenance\
- Banking and petty cash reconciliation\
- Coordinate, process, and provide data and information to auditors\
- Order office supplies\
- Provide administrative support for all business functions, including preparing forms etc.\
- General office ad-hoc tasks as required\Requirements:\
- 2+ years of experience in administrative roles or similar\
- Strong organisational skills and willingness to follow processes and procedures\
- Xero Accounting System experience is essential\
- Moderate to advanced accounting knowledge is preferred\
- Digitally savvy e.g. knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs (especially Excel), Google Suite (calendars, Gmail, Forms, etc.), ERP systems, etc.\
- The ability to respond and prioritise competing and often urgent requests in a calm and efficient manner while also maintaining high work standards and accuracy\
- Ability and willingness to work autonomously and as part of a team\What We Offer:\
