**Job Opportunity: After Hours Funeral Transfer Assistant**We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as an After Hours Transport Officer. This casual role involves assisting with the dignified after-hours transfers of deceased persons into our care.The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a colleague, conducting transfers from private homes, nursing homes, and hospitals between 5pm and 8am Monday to Friday, and on weekends during the day and at night.As part of this role, you will require a high level of resilience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex situations with integrity and confidentiality.You will also need to be reliable, available to be called into work at short notice, and possess a good level of fitness with the ability to lift varying weights.A professional presentation and manner are essential for this position, as is a full driver's license with a safe driving record and understanding of OHS and manual handling procedures.

  2. Excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  3. A high degree of flexibility and adaptability, including the ability to work outside of standard hours when required.
