The Role

This position involves working closely with team leaders, providing coaching and assistance to achieve optimal business outcomes and positive results for children.


  • Provide guidance and mentoring on operational best practices to team leaders.
  • Lead and guide a group of team leaders to provide assistance and motivation in achieving their objectives.
  • Consistently assess and analyse performance to identify and drive optimal results.
  • Maintain regulatory requirements in accordance with the national framework.
  • Collaborate with advisors to ensure operations meet or exceed national standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of commercial management experience in early childhood.
  • Diploma in Business, Children's Services, or equivalent.
  • Current Working with Children's Check or ability to obtain.
  • Current Driver's License.
  • Knowledge of the national framework an advantage.
  • Sound keyboard and computer literacy skills.
  • Ability to oversee work programs, maintain records, and control budgets.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail skills.
  • 'Can do' positive outlook with a strong team focus.
