Carer Support Program Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to develop and deliver carer support programs that promote health and well-being. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing initiatives that cater to the needs of carers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver carer support programs that promote physical and mental well-being
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify carer needs and develop targeted initiatives
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to enhance carer services
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Disability, Community Services or Leisure & Lifestyle
  • Working knowledge of Carer Services or Victorian Carer Strategy
  • Demonstrated experience in program development, coordination, and implementation
  • Strong customer focus and high-level verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify key stakeholders and build strong working relationships
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • A current Victorian Driver's License
  • Level 2 First aid and Current CPR
