Corporate Operations Role

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Operations Officer to join our team in Geelong. This is an exciting opportunity to support business areas by providing corporate, procurement and property services.

The role offers a 12-month initial Labour Hire contract with the option to extend. As an APS5 level employee, you will be rewarded with an hourly rate of $37.36 + Super.

This hybrid position allows for 2 days of remote work and 3 days on-site. You will work 37.5 hours per week, with 8-hour days expected.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support to the Corporate Operations team on enquiries
  • Developing and implementing operational procedures
  • Escalating operational issues as necessary
  • Processing and distributing mail and associated activities
  • Engaging with Services Australia on Agency fleet enquiries

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Australian citizenship
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Background within Disability or Government highly advantageous
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
