Job Title: Front Desk and Housekeeping Professional

Description:

  • We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a front desk and housekeeping professional. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
  • As a member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for refreshing communal spaces, bathrooms, and accommodation rooms, kitchens, and monitoring stock levels.
  • You will also assist with the smooth operation of food and beverage services by providing assistance as needed.

Responsibilities:

  1. Front Desk:
    1. Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to queries, and providing local knowledge and recommendations.
    2. Check in/out guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
    3. Resolve guest concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  2. Housekeeping:
    1. Refresh communal spaces, bathrooms, and accommodation rooms, kitchens, and monitor stock levels.
  3. Food & Beverage:
    1. Assist with the smooth operation of F&B services by providing assistance as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in front desk reception, customer service, food & beverage, and commercial cleaning in an accommodation setting.
  • Good time management skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • A valid RSA certification.
  • Flexible availability 24/7 roster including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Full Australian working rights with no restrictions.
  • Ability to work overnights.
