Vocational Training Program Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vocational Training Program Manager to lead our vocational education and training initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing vocational training programs that meet the diverse needs of our client group.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vocational education and training, with experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement vocational training programs that cater to the diverse needs of our client group
  • Coordinate and deliver vocational programs, ensuring high-quality outcomes
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed
  • Manage relationships with external providers, contractors, and volunteers
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Training and Development, Social Work)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in vocational education and training
  • Proven track record of program development, implementation, and evaluation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
