We are seeking a qualified Vocational Training Specialist to deliver high-quality industry-based training and support our unemployed participants in finding sustainable employment.

Job Description

This role involves delivering structured, targeted accredited and non-accredited vocational training programs both virtually and face-to-face. Our ideal candidate has strong working knowledge of the ASQA Framework and Standards for RTOs and can effectively work with Employment Consultants and Recruiters to identify skills gaps and provide feedback on job seeker progress.

The successful candidate will have experience in developing and validating content, as well as delivering quality training sessions. They must hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher, along with a qualification in one of the following industries: Retail, Business, Community Services, or Hospitality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering quality accredited industry-based training
  • Developing and validating content
  • Working closely with Employment Consultants and Recruiters

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. A valid driver's license is also required for this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher
