Essential Skills and Qualifications- Working with Vulnerable People registration

- Registered Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Registered Nurse qualifications with full AHPRA registration
- Social Worker membership of the Australian Association Social Workers (AASW)
- Certified Counsellor qualification and registration
- Excellent interpersonal skills for client-centered intake, assessment and brief intervention
- Ability to complete clinically appropriate intake assessment and documentation
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Sound judgement and ability to respond to critical incidents
- Excellent IT skills
- Undertake various shifts across 24 hours, 7 days a week
- Ensure compliance with clinical practice policy
- Provide high-quality clinical services, including risk assessment and intervention, referral, and case management
- Maintain confidential files for each client
- Adhere to relevant legislation and policies pertaining to best-practice client care
