Project Well Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Drilling Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across Queensland, including onshore and offshore well planning and design, drilling execution support, regulatory submissions and approvals, cost and time estimation, engineering assurance and peer reviews, and interface management with service providers and field teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement well designs and plans for onshore and offshore drilling operations.
- Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for drilling execution, including cost and time estimation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to drilling crews and other team members as needed.
- Postgraduate qualification in Petroleum Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Drilling Engineering role.
- Strong understanding of Australian regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
- Excellent technical report writing and communication skills.
