Technical Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Manager to lead our team of Technical Success Managers in delivering high-touch technical support and technology configuration services.

  • This role involves hiring, onboarding, training, and retaining top talent.
  • Coaching and mentorship will be provided to guide career development for Technical Success Managers.
  • The Technical Operations Manager will also manage team capacity, forecasting, financial performance, and resource allocation.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional experience in strategy, consulting, operations, product management, or an equivalent field.

  • Direct client management experience, including working with clients in regulated industries, is essential.
  • A proven track record of successfully building scalable business operations and delivering key business results is required.
Key Leadership Skills
  • Prior leadership experience, including building and leading teams and managing successful teams.
  • A passion for coaching and mentoring high-performing team members, aimed at developing and accelerating their skills and career trajectories.
  • Client relationship management experience, including direct interaction with C-level/Senior Director+ level stakeholders.

Key Performance Indicators: Renewing and growing current customer base, assuming revenue responsibility for fast-growing segments, and driving XM in regulated business segment.

Working Style: Collaborative, adaptable, and result-driven. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
