Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a skilled HR professional to provide administrative support to our National HR team.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating and coordinating recruitment activities, including advertising roles on multiple platforms.
  • They will also coordinate internal HR processes, such as probationary periods and employee terminations.
  • A key aspect of this role is managing the Employment Initiation Register (EIR) and providing HR administration to the National Apprenticeship Program.
  • In addition, they will support the Onboarding process of new employees.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a HR Admin/Coordinator or equivalent role.
  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or HR discipline preferred.
  • Experience in recruitment processes highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Approachable and collaborative team player.
