As a Flow Controller, you will play a crucial role in the automation of logistic processes. You will be responsible for responding to operational issues, exchanging and refilling consumables, communicating effectively with teams, and monitoring equipment.
You will work on a rotating 4 on / 4 off schedule, including two 12-hour day shifts, followed by two 12-hour night shifts, and then enjoy four consecutive days off.
Key Responsibilities:- Responding to operational issues
- Exchanging and refilling consumables
- Communicating effectively with teams
- Monitoring Vanderlande equipment
- Guiding client staff on proper machine processes and operations
- Clearing system issues or blockages
- Performing low-risk repairs
- A highly motivated individual who is eager to learn quickly
- A mechanical or electrical knack and basic problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Warehouse experience and a current forklift license are beneficial but not essential
- Physical fitness is required
- Applicants must be either an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or have Australian Permanent Residency with unrestricted work rights
