Job Opportunity

The Team Leader plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to residents at all times.

This is an excellent chance for Enrolled Nurses to progress their careers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide holistic and person-centered care to residents, ensuring individual needs are met.
  • Support the coordination of care needs across the home, including medication management, nutrition, and hydration, pressure care management.
  • Lead/supervise care on the shift, within designated wings or areas.
  • Perform medicine-related tasks in accordance with scope of qualification, state or territory legislation, regulation, and policies.
About You
  • Relevant qualifications: Diploma of Enrolled Nursing (with Registration to administer medication).
  • A high level of commitment, integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness.
  • An effective listener with the ability to communicate at all levels both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to understand and use information technology and programs, and learn new skills as required.
  • A current National police check.
  • A working knowledge of Work Health and Safety and Infection Control.
  • A desire to join a team committed to caring for others in a mission-based organization.
