Home Care Package Care Advisor

As a dedicated and experienced professional, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of skilled carers in delivering exceptional home care services to clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of carers to provide high-quality home care services that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Oversee the assessment, allocation, and monitoring of Home Care Packages to ensure that client needs are met effectively and efficiently.
  • Develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, their families, caregivers, and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to streamline processes and optimise service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Implement strategies to continuously improve service quality and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a Client Services Management (Care Advisor) role within the Aged Care sector.
  • Strong understanding of home care packages and familiarity with government funding mechanisms.
  • Proven track record of working to company objectives and goals.
  • Experience in providing guidance, support and mentoring colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, conflict management and decision-making, especially in fast-paced environments.
  • Good working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Framework and Home Care Standards.
  • A compassionate approach to care, driven by a genuine desire to improve the lives of others.
