Position Description:
The Team Leader plays a crucial role in providing high-quality care to residents at all times. This involves supporting the Clinical Care Coordinator and Registered Nurse to supervise and coordinate care to the residents across the home whilst actively ensuring individual needs wishes and goals of each resident are met.
This is an excellent opportunity for Enrolled Nurses to take the next step in their career. The position is open to Enrolled Nurses who have the necessary qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing social and emotional support to all residents ensuring that care provision is holistic and person-centered. They will also support the coordination of care needs of residents across the home including medication management nutrition and hydration pressure care management.
About You:
We are looking for an individual with relevant qualifications and experience who has a high level of commitment integrity honesty and trustworthiness. The ideal candidate will be an effective listener with the ability to communicate at all levels both orally and in writing.
