Our global client service organization delivers exceptional value to our Event Cloud customers. The role of Client Success Advisor involves providing personalized support and driving adoption of our event management platform.

To be successful in this position, you will require strong business acumen, a customer-centric approach, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our sales teams to introduce new features and opportunities, and collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to Event Cloud customers
  • Drive platform adoption and offer industry best practices
  • Host personalized web-based presentations to discuss adoption and identify areas of opportunity
  • Collaborate with sales teams to introduce new features and opportunities
  • Understand client risks and present recommendations and solutions
  • Gather client requirements for future product releases
  • Guide new clients through onboarding by understanding their needs and disseminating training resources

Requirements:

  • Strong business acumen and customer-centric approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proactive and motivated individual with a keen eye for detail
  • Prior experience in customer success or a related field is preferred but not required
