About the Role- We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our finance department as an Accounts Receivable Officer in Brisbane.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who excels in customer service and has experience with accounts receivable processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieving accurate and timely processing of customer payments, allocating them against outstanding invoices according to remittances.
- Maintaining excellent relationships with customers by responding promptly to their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Updating customer records to ensure accuracy of contact information.
- Generating and distributing monthly customer statements.
- Creating invoices and credit notes as necessary.
- Performing daily tasks such as generating and importing invoice batch files.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Experience with accounts receivable processes and software.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
