Portfolio Management Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to build and lead a global category, shaping how our organisation partners with strategic suppliers in the healthcare industry.

  • We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to develop and execute category strategies, drive supplier performance, and optimise sourcing plans.

The successful candidate will have deep expertise in Professional Services, HR, Travel, and Contingent Labour, with a proven track record in delivering cost savings and driving supplier performance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead category strategy development and execution for Professional Services, HR, Travel, and Contingent Labour.
  • Develop and implement sourcing plans, negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
  • Drive supplier performance improvement, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and shape sourcing plans accordingly.

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of procurement leadership experience, preferably in professional services, HR, travel, and contingent labour.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, and procurement best practices.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with experience working across diverse functions and geographies.
  • Proven experience in managing complex contracts, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or Accounting (or equivalent).
