Job Title: Employment Consultant

You are applying for the position of Employment Consultant, a role that involves guiding and supporting participants to connect them to sustainable employment opportunities. This position is located in Young and requires you to work closely with people with disability.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a person-centred approach to tailor services and support participants into meaningful employment.

    \

  • Develop positive partnerships with local employers to create meaningful employment opportunities for participants.

    \

  • Enhance employability through referral to support services and training.

    \

  • Provide in-employment support to sustain employment.

    \

  • Market your participants' skills to prospective employers.

    \

  • Achieve program performance and quality benchmarks.

    \

  • Keep detailed, accurate records and adhere to all compliance requirements.

    \

  • Actively participate in the local community to promote services.

\
