Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a thirst for success. The successful candidate will have ample training and support provided with opportunities to progress within the team.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create authentic interactions in store
  • Engage with customers and recommend products best suited to their needs
  • Demonstrate and show customers how to use relevant products
  • Support and motivate team members to collectively achieve sales targets
  • Contribute to daily sales and KPI targets
  • Maintain upkeep of the store environment
  • Cash reconciliation

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess an enthusiastic and positive attitude, exceptional communication skills, strong customer service skills, and previous experience within the retail sector. They will be passionate to exceed individual and sales targets and KPI's, and enjoy contributing in a team environment.
