
Store Inventory Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory by tracking stock quantities and locations using computer systems.
- Operate machinery, including forklifts, to move goods safely or obtain a forklift license.
- Conduct regular stock checks, monitor quantities, assess equipment for deterioration, track shelf life expiration, and ensure the security of all items.
- Assist with general store duties, including packing and scheduling.
- Perform regular cleaning tasks to keep the store tidy and organized.
- Provide face-to-face customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A valid forklift license is desirable.
- Experience in warehousing or store environments is beneficial.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Computer literacy with advanced skills in Microsoft Suite.
- Experience with systems such as MILIs will be highly regarded.
- Comfortable working with Defence personnel and other stakeholders.
- Own transport and a valid driver's license are required.
