Job Title: Store Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory by tracking stock quantities and locations using computer systems.
  • Operate machinery, including forklifts, to move goods safely or obtain a forklift license.
  • Conduct regular stock checks, monitor quantities, assess equipment for deterioration, track shelf life expiration, and ensure the security of all items.
  • Assist with general store duties, including packing and scheduling.
  • Perform regular cleaning tasks to keep the store tidy and organized.
  • Provide face-to-face customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A valid forklift license is desirable.
  • Experience in warehousing or store environments is beneficial.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Computer literacy with advanced skills in Microsoft Suite.
  • Experience with systems such as MILIs will be highly regarded.
  • Comfortable working with Defence personnel and other stakeholders.
  • Own transport and a valid driver's license are required.
