Your role in the game plan

  • Lead and inspire: Coach, develop, and motivate your team to achieve operational goals, exceed KPIs, and grow their own careers.
  • Drive results: Maintain exceptional inventory accuracy, shrinkage control, and stock availability to maximise sales and profitability.
  • Customer first, always: Make sure the right product is in the right place at the right time — whether in-store or online.
  • Optimise operations: Streamline processes from truck-to-shelf, manage replenishment schedules, and ensure the store is always ready to impress.
  • Culture champion: Foster a high-energy, engaged, and safety-first environment where your team is empowered to deliver.

This isn't a backroom job — it's a front-line leadership role where process meets passion.

What you bring

  • Proven leadership experience in retail or a related operational role.
  • A track record of achieving KPIs and driving continuous improvement.
  • Strong people skills — you know how to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable.
