Job Title: Home Care Worker

Are you passionate about providing care and support to older members of our community? Do you have experience in a similar role and a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License?

About the Role:
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure our customers have a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping, helping our customers maintain their independence.
  • Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities, promoting our customers' physical and mental well-being.
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management, to support our customers' daily needs.
  • Offer respite and emotional support to our customers and their families.
  • Transport customers to appointments and provide complex care for those with high care needs.

Requirements:
  • 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care.
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems.
  • Availability to work at least 3 days a week, Monday to Friday.
