We are seeking a Financial Analysis Senior Manager to lead our Financial Operations, Finance Systems and drive the broader Finance Improvement program.

The Opportunity- Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, we require a seasoned professional to lead a team of more than 50 direct and indirect reports.
- Integration of finance analysts, finance systems and finance improvement activities to drive continuous improvement and standardization across the business.
- Talent management including career roadmaps and development plans for the team.
- Providing cost effective Financial Analysis resourcing to deliver program requirements.
- Oversight of team to deliver high quality deliverables including EACs, EVM, Project Accounting, Invoicing and Forecasts.
- Lead a high performing team of financial professionals.
- Develop and implement financial processes and procedures.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership.
- Manage budget and forecast to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Drive financial innovation and process improvements.
