We are seeking a skilled Product Innovator to join our team.

About the Role

This key position supports product, process and quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive cost reduction, operational efficiency and product innovation while ensuring food safety, quality, and compliance.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need an innovative mindset and technical expertise of your category. A methodical and process support approach is essential, with the ability to be hands-on in manufacturing all the way to a more strategic holistic outlook when managing the product category and consumer demands.

Your responsibilities will include product development and process improvement, quality, compliance and food safety, cross functional collaboration and technical support as well as project management.

You'll Bring
  • A tertiary qualification in Food Science/Food Technology or other relevant science discipline
  • Previous experience in product development, R&D, QA, operations or food technology within the food industry
  • Hands-on experience with trials (pilot, kitchen or factory) sensory evaluation and production troubleshooting
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
