We're seeking a seasoned product leader to drive our mobile app, website, and key features forward. As a Director of Product, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting innovative financial products and experiences that delight our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with our North Star goals
  • Leverage data and experimentation to inform decision-making and drive product improvements
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product releases on time and to budget
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate product risks

Requirements
  • 15+ years' experience in product management within technology, payments, or financial services
  • 7+ years experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong capabilities in using data and experimentation to drive product strategy and decision-making
  • Expert stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels
