Job Opportunity: Power Protection Specialist

This role has a key responsibility in ensuring the effective delivery of service portfolios according to industry standard processes and safety guidelines to satisfy customers.

Daily tasks include executing technical support, acting as a specialist, and solving problems within one's area of expertise.

The role showcases expertise through proactive communication with customers and sales teams to understand customer needs and identify business opportunities for service growth.

Main stakeholders include customers, partners, integrators, contractors, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading project teams to accomplish tasks and milestones;
  • Monitoring documentation accuracy, project progress, resource utilisation, financials, and invoicing status;
  • Driving formal acceptance of projects, contract close-out, and acknowledgement by the customer;
  • Performing field service tasks, identifying technical problems, and making analysis through remote or on-site activity;
  • Providing technical guidance, coaching, and training for technicians.

Qualifications for this role include:

  • Excellent organisational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking;
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Critical Power field service;
  • Minimum 5 years' project management experience or relevant working experience;
  • Current Electrical workers license required;
  • HSE training and experience highly desired;
  • Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills.
