Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Bid and Proposal Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with Estimators to prepare and manage non-price components of bids for EOI's, tenders, and submissions.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is well-versed in the Adobe Suite, experienced in website and social media management, confident in bid writing and submissions management, and has a strong background in Communications or Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and coordinate tender documentation, resumes, staging plans, and marketing materials
  • Work closely with Estimators to ensure accuracy and timeliness of bid information
  • Manage non-price components of bids
  • Ensure effective marketing on our company website and LinkedIn

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in graphic design and proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, and InDesign
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a small team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
