Business Process Improvement Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Improvement Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems development lifecycles and Agile delivery methodology.

  • Analyse, document and implement technology solutions to improve business processes.
  • Specify requirements (business, functional and non-functional) in a format that can be shared with stakeholders via user stories for Agile projects.
  • Work with business SMEs and IT teams to analyse business requirements and apply a technical lens.
  • Develop user interface designs using User-Centered Design principles and practices.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Work with junior team members, delegate and provide guidance to achieve overall project success.
  • Assist with testing preparation and execution.
  • Assist with UAT preparation and system implementation including user manuals and training.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent knowledge of IT systems development lifecycles and Agile delivery methodology.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and skills set associated with eliciting, documenting and managing requirements.
  • Strong experience in the use of industry process modelling tools and requirements management tools.
