Digital Enhancement Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a 6-month parental leave replacement position in our Liveable Water Solutions Division.
The RoleThis opportunity exists for a Digital Enhancement Business Analyst who will contribute to the continuous improvement efforts for the New Connections project. The successful candidate will lead workshops to drive innovation within business unit groups and think strategically to analyse, define, and communicate requirements.
This role ensures that solutions deliver value for the business and our customers.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Tertiary qualification or degree in Business Analysis or equivalent Business Analyst experience (3-5 years)
- Experience in capturing and developing requirements, process improvement design, and process mapping
- Proficient in agile project management tools, including Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Xray
- Proven ability to facilitate and run workshops, process mapping, procedural documentation, and post-implementation reviews
