Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and drive HR initiatives that empower our leaders and employees, supporting business growth. Reporting to the Group Head of HR, you will work closely with leaders at all levels, providing high-quality HR service and support across the employee lifecycle.
Your Responsibilities
- Implement key HR initiatives across business units, including talent identification, goal setting, engagement surveys, performance evaluations, and salary reviews.
- Provide operational and strategic HR advice on complex and sensitive employment matters and workplace change.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent for business units.
- Deliver training and coaching programs for leaders and employees to strengthen capabilities and drive performance.
- Manage employee relations (ER) processes, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and escalating matters when necessary.
- Oversee the onboarding and induction of new acquisitions, ensuring a smooth transition into our business.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industrial and employment legislation across multiple countries.
About You
We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships across all levels, providing HR advice/services that support organisational growth and employee engagement.
You will have:
- 3-5 years of demonstrated HR generalist experience.
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Expertise in contemporary HR procedures and employment legislation across Australia.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a natural ability to quickly build relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience in recruitment, performance management, ER matters, coaching/training, restructuring processes, and leadership development.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and take initiative in solving complex issues.
- Demonstrated experience working effectively in a large, fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environment.
- Experience supporting New Zealand or UK business units is advantageous.
