We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Supervisor.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a high-performing team. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for guiding the front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge during busy service hours, setting the pace and leading by example
  • Collaborate with your team to drive motivation and achieve exceptional results
  • Contribute to creating schedules, nurturing team growth, and harmonizing departmental efforts
  • Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere where every moment turns into a memory and every experience becomes a story
  • Transform obstacles into opportunities when challenges arise
  • Guide your team in achieving service excellence while actively seeking out information to enhance product knowledge

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated genuine passion and enthusiasm for hospitality and the food sector
  • Prior history of guiding and empowering teams with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Familiarity and versatility across diverse food and beverage settings, with flexibility to work across different schedules including weekends and public holidays as required
  • Possession of a valid RSA or equivalent qualification for the specific Country/State/Territory
  • Passion for engaging with patrons and leading a team of diverse professionals
