Job Description
Supervise and coordinate daily operations across all F&B outlets, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Lead, motivate, and support the Food & Beverage team to exceed guest expectations.
Oversee set-up, service, and breakdown of dining and event areas, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food presentation and service.
Monitor staffing levels and rosters to meet operational requirements.
Conduct ongoing training to align with brand standards and foster professional growth.
Handle guest feedback promptly, resolving complaints to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Ensure proper handling of customer accounts using POS systems.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years' experience in Food & Beverage, preferably within a hotel environment.
Experience leading a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of rostering, scheduling, and F&B operations including inventory and ordering.
Experience in espresso coffee making and bartending (highly regarded).
Emotional intelligence, enthusiasm, and the ability to motivate others.
Valid RSA.
