Job Opportunity

As a Radiographer MRI/CT Specialist, you will be responsible for performing advanced imaging procedures with autonomy, utilizing professional expertise and clinical judgment to ensure patient safety and comfort.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct MRI and CT scans independently, applying knowledge of modality operations and radiation safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve quality, radiation safety, and departmental performance.
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, adhering to confidentiality and infection control guidelines.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training, supporting staff development and evidence-based practice.
  • Foster a supportive team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration among colleagues.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent, current AHPRA registration, and significant experience in Medical Imaging.
  • Expertise in CT and MRI modalities, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, inspiring and motivating colleagues.
  • Commitment to best practice, with emphasis on quality improvement, risk management, and WH&S principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with strong computer literacy and ongoing professional development.
