Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer technical expertise across a range of programs or activities
  • Maintain processes and documentation relating to service delivery, ensuring compliance with legislation and policy
  • Apply change and risk management principles to communicate impacts to relevant parties
  • Analyse and coordinate data
  • Prepare internal and external communications, including reports, advice and presentations
  • Support the collation and audits of workforce planning data

  • Desirable: Case management experience
  • Able to manage competing deadlines and prioritise tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Work & Excel, confident in using different technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
