**APS5 Internal Review Officer - Charlestown**

**Rate: $55.24/Hourly**

**Contract: 12-months**

**Days: Mon - Fri**

**Location: Charlestown**

You will be working with a community-based organisation. They provide essential services to many Australians with their focus around supporting those in need and making a difference for each of their customers. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Internal Review Officer or Case Manager to join this established team.

**Your new role**

As an Internal Review Officer, you will be responsible for:

- Gathering information regarding the nature and context of review requests
- Informing customers of the decisions, reviews, and appeals process
- Following operational guidelines and policies to make evidenced based decision-making
- Manage and monitor caseloads ensuring completion in identified timeframe's
- Contribute to quality improvement activities and ensuring enhanced service delivery practice, processes, and systems

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and prioritise tasks
- Be proficient in Microsoft Work & Excel, and confidently use different technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- High level attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in a similar role is essential
