Community Safety Liaison Officer

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Community Safety Coordinator. This role involves supervising and coordinating community safety services to provide high-quality service to residents and visitors.
About the Position:- This position requires supervision of community safety services, ensuring a highly efficient quality service is delivered to the community.
The ideal candidate will have a current C Class Drivers' Licence and at least three years of experience in a senior role within local government, law enforcement, compliance or a similar field.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate community safety services
- Maintain a strong understanding of community safety principles
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve outcomes
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
We value teamwork and collaboration, and this role will involve creating and maintaining great working relationships with colleagues and engaging with the community in a positive manner.
Requirements:- A current C Class Drivers' Licence
- At least three years of experience in a senior role within local government, law enforcement, compliance or a similar field
- Highly developed negotiation and conflict resolution communication skills
- Excellent written and computer skills
- Experience motivating and coordinating a multi-disciplined team
