Job Opportunity: Community Safety Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of a Community Safety Coordinator and Ranger Services.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional service to our community.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To effectively supervise and coordinate Community Safety and Ranger Services, ensuring a high standard of service delivery to residents and visitors.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and external partners, fostering a culture of cooperation and mutual respect.
  • To engage proactively with the community, promoting a positive and inclusive environment, and motivating team members to achieve their full potential.
Essential Requirements:
  • A valid C Class Drivers' Licence is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a similar field, such as Local Government Senior Ranger, Law Enforcement Officer, or Compliance Officer.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Excellent written and computer skills are also necessary.
