Rehabilitation Specialist

  • Coaching and developing top talent to optimise performance and engagement
  • Effectively prioritising key business activities to achieve targets
  • Developing and sustaining productive customer relationships through prioritisation of customers and their needs
  • Ensuring services are timely, accurate and meet legislative, customer SLA and standards
  • Achieving revenue and profit targets while managing costs
  • Utilising financial analysis and data to effectively plan, budget and troubleshoot
  • Billing work, in line with your discipline

As part of our multidisciplinary team, you'll be delivering services and advice to various industries across the employee lifecycle. We keep the work environment safe and minimise the risk of injury. And, if someone is injured, we help the workplace rehabilitate and redeploy individuals.

You'll also need to have:

  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC, RCAA
  • Experience or knowledge of New Employer Service delivery and ability to drive strong return-to-work outcomes in this service
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
