The Role of a Donor Engagement Specialist
About the Job- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to develop and deliver engagement programs that maximize the value we provide for donors.
This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing high-quality fundraising campaigns that achieve engagement and income targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent project management to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and with strong outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive off-air fundraising strategies to engage and retain donors.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on creative messaging and distribution.
- Analyze campaign results and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform future improvements.
The ideal candidate will have meticulous organisational skills, a high attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
