Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Care Worker to join our team in Park Holme 3. As a Care Worker, you will provide domestic assistance, meal preparation, shopping, social support, personal care, respite, and emotional support to our customers.
Responsibilities- Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our customers.
- Assist with meal preparation and shopping to promote healthy eating and independence.
- Offer social support and access to lifestyle activities to enhance our customers' mental and physical well-being.
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as medication management and mobility assistance.
- Offer respite and emotional support to our customers and their families.
- Transport customers to appointments and engage in conversation to combat loneliness.
- Provide complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia, with patience and understanding.
- A competitive salary of $35-$45 per hour, depending on experience.
- Guaranteed hours and shifts in Park Holme 3, with flexibility to work at least three days a week.
