Ecommerce Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Ecommerce Manager to drive our online trade performance and optimize the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute weekly updates across homepage, product pages, navigation, and content blocks aligned to product launches and promotional activity
  • Create and deliver the regional trade calendar and ensure timely implementation of all planned campaigns and promotions
  • Collaborate with retail and merchandising team to deliver a search and merchandising strategy that drives engagement and sales
  • Analyze opportunities for regional localization of product merchandising, styling curation, and customer navigation
  • Curate and update collections to reflect seasonal, promotional, and regional relevance
  • Brief and QA regional website creative assets (banners, content modules)
  • Compile and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly trade performance reports utilizing Google Analytics and Shopify data
  • Analyze performance insights to inform content adjustments, homepage strategy, and merchandising updates
  • Support with briefing and delivery of the CRO and UX enhancements, including brief creation, UAT testing, and release deployment

We expect you to already have:

  • 2+ years experience in Ecommerce, site merchandising, and trading, ideally in fashion or retail
  • Experience with Shopify and Google Analytics
  • A strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and draw actionable insights
  • A high attention to detail and customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable managing workflows and coaching supporting team members in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong cross-functional communication and briefing skills
